7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return or refund policy from the date of delivery.
If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
To be eligible for a return or refund, please provide clear photos showing the condition of the item upon arrival and retain all original packaging until the matter is resolved.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos so we can review the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of seeds, items cannot be returned once opened, used, or planted.
Custom orders and sale items are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, please place a new order once your refund or replacement has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return or refund is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
